We provide a range of carpentry services including, but not limited to:
3.1 Quotations:
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to change.
3.2 Estimates:
Estimates are provided based on the initial assessment of the project. Final costs may vary depending on actual work performed and materials used.
4.1 Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of is required to confirm a booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final invoice.
4.2 Payments:
Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Late Payments:
Late payments will incur a fee.
Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon project scope must be communicated in writing. Additional costs may apply for any changes requested by the client.
6.1 Client Cancellation:
If the client cancels the project after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.
6.2 Business Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel the project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be refunded any payments made.
7.1 Liability:
We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
7.2 Warranty:
We offer a warranty on all workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.
We adhere to all health and safety regulations. The client agrees to provide a safe and secure environment for our work to be carried out.
Any personal information provided by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
All designs, plans, and materials provided by KB Carpentry remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
